Billettluka ligger rett innenfor døra i første etasje i Kulturhuset. Her kan du kjøpe enkeltbilletter til de internasjonale filmene og til panoramaprogrammene for 50 kroner. Det selges ikke enkeltbilletter til norsk kortfilmkonkurranse. Ved kjøp av første billett betales en medlemsavgift på 10 kroner. I billettluka kan du få informasjon om eventuelle programendringer. Her kan du også få tips om bussrutene, hjelp til å bestille taxi og generell informasjon som har med festivalen å gjøre.
The box office is just inside the door on the ground floor of Grimstad Kulturhus. Here you can buy single tickets for the international films and panorama programmes for NOK 50. Single tickets for the Norwegian short film competition are not sold. When you buy your first ticket, you must also pay a membership fee of NOK 10. At the box office you can also get information about programme changes and bus services, as well as general information about the festival. You can also get assistance in ordering a taxi.

Festivalkontoret bistår pressen med kontakter, informasjon og materiell om regissører, produsenter og filmer.
