FLATLIFE Å henge et bilde på veggen, bygge et korthus, vaske klær og se på TV er alle svært uskyldige og harmløse handlinger i dagliglivet til fire vanlige mennesker. Men til alt uhell måtte alle fire bo vegg-i-vegg.	Hanging a painting on the wall, building a house of cards, doing the laundry, and watching TV: very innocent and harmless actions during the daily life of four ordinary people. But of all the bad luck, these people had to live next to each other.
Om regissøren JONAS GEIRNAERTs (f. 1982) første kortfilm, The All-American Alphabet (2002), vant prisen for beste kortfilm under Evora International Short Film Festival (FIKE) i 2003. Flatlife vant juryprisen for beste kortfilm ved Cannes-festivalen i 2004. Jonas Geirnaert er også med i det belgiske skuespillerensemblet «Neveneffecten» og improvisasjons teatergruppen «The Lunatics».	*The director* JONAS GEIRNAERT’S (b. 1982) first short film, The All-American Alphabet (2002), won the Best Short Film award at the Evora International Short Film Festival (FIKE) in 2003.
