Opptakene er gjort på Svalbard og i Norge, og selve landskapet er animert. Det er en film som handler om stadig skiftende omgivelser og perspektiv.

Adrift
This film was shot on the arctic island of Spitsbergen and in Norway. It combines time-lapse photography with stop-motion animation of the landscape. It is a film about geographical shifts and sudden changes in perspective.

Om regissøren
Inger Lise Hansen er utdannet i London og San Francisco og har en master i film. Hun har laget en rekke eksperimentelle animasjonsfilmer, og har vunnet flere internasjonale priser. Hun har bl.a. vist filmene sine på Tate Modern i London, Pompidou-senteret i Paris og Hiroshima Animation Festival. Hansen har tidligere vist «Hus» (1998) og «Static» (1996) på Kortfilmfestivalen.
The director
Inger Lise Hansen was educated in London and San Francisco and has a Master of Fine Art Film. She has made a number of experimental animation films, and has won several international prizes. Her films have been shown at Tate Modern, London, Centre de Georges Pompidou in Paris and the Hiroshima Animation Festival. Previously, her films «House» (1998) and «Static» (1996) have been screened in Grimstad.
